Bonhams are a property maintenance company working with Estate Agents,Private landlords and individual home owners. We work on small projects to full refurbishments. We work closely with our clients at every stage of the project giving advice and ideas. We work to an agreed time schedule, that enables us to plan and our clients to schedule their lives.

Plumbing

Our plumbers are frequently called upon to assist in repairing pipes, water supply, sanitation and heating problems. Like everything, pipes corrode, burst and need maintenance. Bonhams make sure our installations and repairs are checked and meet required standards.

Kitchens & Bathrooms

Bonhams will present a catalog of kitchens and bathroom designs. Plans are produced and presented before installation. Our expert installers work with clients to cause as little disruption as possible, making sure the kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully presented.

Painting & Decorating

Every house needs to have a new makeover at some stage and our team aims to provide a first class finish to brickwork, windows and interior walls. Giving the property a brand new feel lasting many years. It’s never enough to just paint over preparation is key. Burning off, plastering and creating smooth walls will enable us to provide that perfect finish.

Extensions

Property owners are always looking at ways of enhancing their homes. Whether converting the garage to a studio or creating an extra bedroom in the loft and adding an extension. Bonhams team are here to assist and advise on costs and planning applications. Careful planning will not only create extra living space but increase the value of your property.

Storage & House clearance
